Acme United Corporation Board Approves Increased Cash Dividend
FAIRFIELD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 28, 2005--The Board of Directors of Acme United Corporation (AMEX:ACU) declared a cash dividend of 3 cents per share on its outstanding common stock, an increase of 50 percent over each of the previous four quarterly dividends. The dividend is payable on July 29, 2005 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 8, 2005.
