FAIRFIELD, Conn., Jun 28, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Acme United Corporation (ASE:ACU) announced today that it has named James A. Benkovic as Senior Vice President of Global Sales. Based in Chicago, Mr. Benkovic will lead global sales initiatives with multi-national resellers.

Mr. Benkovic originally joined Acme United in 1990 as Western Regional Manager. Since 1991 he has held a variety of senior sales positions and most recently Vice President of Commercial Sales.
