FAIRFIELD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 1, 2005--Acme United Corporation (AMEX:ACU) today announced the promotion of Willi Englesberg to Managing Director, Acme United Europe.

Mr. Englesberg joined Acme United Europe in November 2003, and was appointed General Manager of the German subsidiary in March 2004. He formerly was Managing Director of Mundiale, one of the largest international manufacturers of scissors and cutlery.
