Acme United Corporation Donates Respirator Masks for Ebola Efforts

FAIRFIELD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 16, 2014-- Acme United Corporation (NYSE MKT:ACU) today announced that it has donated over 150,000 disposable respirator masks to MAP International. The products will be used to assist in the Ebola crisis in West Africa.

Walter C. Johnsen, Chairman and CEO, said “We are very fortunate to be able to help the humanitarian efforts, and I am delighted to announce this donation. We encourage other similarly positioned companies to make available urgently needed supplies.”
