Acme United Corporation Joins Board of Regents of American Knife and Tool Institute

FAIRFIELD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 13, 2015-- Acme United Corporation (NYSE MKT:ACU) today announced that its Camillus Knives business has been appointed to the Board of Regents of the American Knife and Tool Institute.

Rick Constantine, Vice President of Marketing and Global Business Unit Leader will join the board. He is responsible for the Clauss, Camillus, Cuda and Western Brands and has been with Acme United for 10 years.

Mr. Johnsen added that Constantine is an avid hunter and nationally sponsored offshore and commercial fisherman. He is a licensed charter captain and competes in many offshore fishing competitions annually.
