Acme United Corporation Completes Remediation of Bridgeport, CT Site

FAIRFIELD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar. 6, 2015-- Acme United Corporation (NYSE MKT:ACU) today announced that the Connecticut Department of Environmental and Energy Protection has approved the Form III verification of the remediation of the Company’s former manufacturing site in Bridgeport, CT.

The property was sold to B&E Juices, Inc. in 2008. Acme United then undertook the remediation responsibilities, which are now completed.
